2. Once registered, go to your “My Account” area from the icon in the top-right corner, where you will find the “Technical Service / Returns” section.
3. Complete the form accurately.
4. Print the slip and send us the package with the printed slip inside.

IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT THE PACKAGE CONTAINS A COPY OF THE SLIP; otherwise, the package will be returned and we will not be able to repair your equipment.
