Micro sandblaster with stainless steel body, with nozzle and ejector needle of 138º for use with metals. It is recommended to maintain a distance between 5 and 10 mm. between the tip and the surface to be treated.

Application and uses in jewelry:

Indicated for the cleaning of micro fusion pieces and final finishes:· Operation with Venturi system: the machine projects the abrasive that we place in your tank. This allows us to generate different finishes and textures depending on the speed and grain size.

· Angular prism that unifies the surface of the piece allowing an effective cleaning of the remains of coating after casting. Subsequently, it generates a uniform finish.

· Micro sphere that generates a satiny effect. It can be used in the preparation of surfaces for a subsequent galvanic treatment or as a final finish.

· Possibility of combining finishes by applying reserves to the pieces.

Application and uses in dentistry:

Indicated for all types of intraoral and extraoral treatments where the highest precision and ergonomics are required:· Micro retentions for orthodontics, 50 micron granulation prosthesis.

· Cleaning and recycling of 90 micron granulation brackets.

· Removal of cement from metal crowns, resin and other materials.

· Internal cleaning of ceramic and resin inlay and onlay.

· Cleaning or degreasing of metal and ceramics when the ´´intra-oral ceramic repair´´ technique is used.

· Occlusal grouting for interference adjustment, replacing the use of burs.

· Internal adjustment of crowns for positioning and seating.

· Adjustment of interproximal contacts.

· Cleaning of castings.

· Removal of oxides.

Installation:

It is installed by means of a nut with a tang in the compressed air network. Includes connection to the equipment and instruction manual.
