The new Foredom support with suction intake, shaft, curved acrylic protective screen and adjustable armrests. It is the perfect complement to any work table. It allows the total suction of fine and abrasive metal micro particles that are generated during crimping, grinding and polishing work. The padded supports provide a plus of comfort and ergonomics during use.

The aspiration is very important during the revision processes for two essential reasons: the control of the waste and the labor health.

-The control of the waste: it will allow us to recover the precious metal particles that are generated during the rework process, this will revert to the recovery of the rework losses that are estimated at four percent of the total weight of the piece.

-Occupational health: it prevents us from inhaling harmful particles that abrasives such as aluminum oxides, tin, zinc, silicon carbide contain. These components can cause serious respiratory problems when used without any type of protection such as aspiration.

Assembling on the work table is done using the bracket. The suction port mates with the swivel elbow allowing tube movement in any direction.

The protective screen allows a clear view of your work while preventing projected dust. The inside of the bracket has another mounting mechanism for the shipyard bracket supplied with the set.
